MMMR Rap

Today students learned (suffered through) lyrics that I wrote to help them remember maximum, minimum, median, and range.  The lyrics go to the tune on "Jump Around".  Click here for the instrumental version.  Encourage your child to use these lyrics when they're working on their homework tonight.

MMMR Rap
Max around, max around
It’s the largest number in town

Max-i-mum [clap]

Min-i-mum [clap]

Med-i-an, med-i-an
It’s the middle number when innn order

Med-i-an [clap]
Med-i-an [clap]

Find the mode, find the mode
It’s the one that oc-curs most
